Really, you have 2 different subjects. The words Instruction and Encouragement have different meanings.

Threads: 1, 2, 9, 10, 11 merged together.

Threads: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12 merged together.

I merged the first 3, not the last one. That thread really should have been been posted in the ID section. I moved it there.
Also, I'm not going to add the Amy Pickles alias at this time. There are no links in the thread with that name and a quick Google search yielded nothing. Find something, post it in there and then I'll add the alias.
