My connection issues are over, alas!

Had a new router, still had internet connection failure.

Today, I was so pissed, I tore everything apart, and plugged the cables and the routrer together, carefully.

Finally, the damn lights all lit up, speedtest showed:

All running smoothly again

Now if only @Terre82 would be healthy and back again!!

Oh, I could still get online, by simulating a router via my smartphone, and connecting both my pc and my tv with it. I got - as compensation for the net failure - 50 gigs from my provider, which made up for the massive plus I had on my data usage on my phone.

It is good to know I still can workaround, if **** hits the fan once more.

But I stayed off from merging threads and stuff like that during this time, my nightmare was a connecction hickup while actively merging them, I feared pushing a handful of well-used threads into limbo
