Actually most cities are tearing down all of their housing projects. But the projects have nothing to do with this, dumb shit like this happens everywhere. You could go to any cities news websites and see stories of people beating their kids for stupid reasons, but this guy's kid died from the beating, thats why you're hearing about it and it got posted here.

Well, if you must know (without having to refer to the thread about screen names) it's short for "hot, mega-fuck" ...a nickname based on a 3 some I had with an ex g/f who was a bi stripper and one of her co-workers. The next day her co-worker said of the 3-some I was "a hot, mega-fuck" (though it isn't allot different from the general opinion I have gotten, it was her opinion of me, not mine). :2 cents:
