Pats win a tight with a pick six of Manning to seal the game.

Pats 31 Colts 24

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
Really? Simple math says that:
3 rings> 1 ring :1orglaugh

That's the biggest dumb shit argument in the history of man. By that logic Trent Dilfer is a better QB than Dan Marino, Peyton Manning, and Brett Favre. Defend that.

Super Bowls require a total team effort. For example, during each of his title runs Brady had a top ten defense on the other side of the ball. Peyton has never had that.

Peyton has four MVP awards and is is statistically the #3 quarterback in history.

Peyton > Brady.

Yeah, but you're contradicting yourself. Manning doesn't have the rings because he didn't have the team, but look at how injured the Colts are right now and how the Pats are actually a better team today without Moss (not that he wouldn't be useful against the Colts, but overall they're better off.)

Doesn't mean Colts can't win, Manning could absolutely make it happen, but he is really at a disadvantage and the Pats are looking really strong.

Manning is a way better quarterback. Brady is just a pretty boy.

Brady is very solid and that counts for a lot. Part of the reason Manning has fewer rings because he has a tendency to choke at crucial moments in big games. Just sayin'.

Moreover...why wouldn't the case be in response...the fact that average QBs have a SB ring, shows anyone can win just one?

Manning has been playing at or near his absolute peak for years as he came in the league and had an offense built entirely around him.

Brady was a fill-in making the best of what he inherited and still led the Pats to a ring. Not sure what effect Brady's Broadway lifestyle as of late has impacted his play but I would say..maybe it has over the past few years. But on the field it doesn't make it easy when a team is constantly being rebuilt around you and the Pats' management has no problems getting rid of great players....

We've rarely seen the best Brady has to offer...or I should say what Brady could do with a team as complete as Manning has had nearly his entire career. The closest was when the Pats went 18-0...even that was a minor miracle considering the Pats' offensive line was vastly overrated and it showed in the SB.

Even with the pounding Brady took in that SB against the Giants...he STILL got them to within a almost sack and miracle catch of another win and ring.

It's hard for me to say who's the best because there are just so many dynamics that can never be....well, actually..I think if you put Brady in Manning's situation throughout his career...Brady probably has 5, 6 or more SB rings....Manning...who knows if he even gets one with the teams Brady has had at NE.

Manning certainly WOULD NOT have gone 18-0 with the O-Line Brady had that year...Manning would have been as skittish as "Carrie" on prom night with that O-Line IMO.:2 cents:

I'm not saying Manning isn't a good QB, I've had the fortune of seeing him live and he is just a marvel to behold, but he sure ain't better than Brady because I think when you have two QBs as good as Brady and Manning, the deciding factor is Superbowl rings and 3 is better than 1 and it's hilarious how you Colts fans get all asshurt about it haha :)

It's also hilarious how Brady haters never criticize his skills, only his looks. Calling him a pretty boy is really suppose to offend him? Haha where I come from that is a compliment, not a put-down.

Indy

Since the Pats are playing @ home, I got with the Pats, they are still undefeated @ home and the Colts already lost 3 of their 5 road games.

Seriously. Usually only Rock Stars get to marry supermodels.

Truth be told, it does piss me off a little that Brady is considered
so good looking in addition to his talent and stature, but hey, some
guys get all the luck. That's just how it goes.
