I didn't say momentum or coincidence either. I speak fact. You really think the Giants can beat the Panthers now? :hatsoff:

you do know that they play for number one seed, right?

Whatever.

I've read some of your other posts and you seem like a jerk with all the insults you throw around. So I'll pass on the chit chat with you.

Ummm, ruthlessbooger has had many a game where he has shined. What are you watching?

HERE ARE HIS RECENT STATS. BR is large for a QB but manages to move with surprising quickness. How good of a pocket passer is he really? Until he gets a decent O-Line we may never know. His pass attempts have declined since Anderson took over as QBC and I think that's because KA knows what he's doing. Pittsburgh strategy is simple: ball control and defense. Anderson got a lot out of Roeth last year and his stats show it. But if the coaching staff thought he was a stellar passer I have to think his totals would have been higher despite an average line. I watched him throw too many poor passes yesterday that the announcers excused away as being wary of the Raven blitz.

Who'd have thunk it: The Pittsburgh Steelers, the hottest team in football. Five straight and an angel on their shoulder. The number one ranked defense, but an offense that is difficult to watch. Roethlisberger is like a case of the flu: you don't realize it's there--it just creeps up on you. Out of nowhere while running for his life he amassed 246 yards passing. Great game.

colts are the hottest team in the league...7 straight wins...mostly without their star safety bob sanders and addai has been hurt this season...and the colts offensive line hasnt been the same all year long...ohhh, yeah...they also have a guy name peyton manning...GO COLTS!!

Carolina's running game is making the Giants game look mediocre. They are scary good. And they still have their star reciever, unlike NY. If Delhomme doesnt fail hard then Carolina should be looking good for a Super Bowl appearance.

What ****** the Giants were sacks and turnovers caused by a **** performance from the line. Remember earlier in the season when Cleveland punked this team? Three INTs for Manning and the Browns were all over him. They adjusted from that. But what faces them now is a skid in the wrong direction. At the wrong time. And the Burress thing isn't helping team morale either. But Coughlin ain't stupid. He sat injured Jacobs and left the rushing duties to a committee. He knows he's facing Carolina next week and a chance to wrap up home field throughout. All this isn't helped by the injuries they have in their D-line. All in all Coughlin needs to shore up Diehl and the others, and I think he can.

Dont forget he had a seperated throwing shoulder for the first half of the season. They couldnt exactly go out and sling the ball around even if they wanted to.

well, with no running game...the dogs are on the loose...and...play action doesnt work...no threat down the field...giants arent bulit for a comeback team...if they fall behind, the giants dont have a threat on the outside...like the likes of burress

The secret ingredient? MY BALLS
I know he's ****** (again), but I figured I would point this out...

A previous post of his from this thread...

Nobody has anything on Mizzou!!! :thefinger

He thinks that people "can't compete on (his) football knowledge", yet...he thinks that Mizzou is in the NFL. Hmm, maybe he's right. Maybe we can't compete with his football knowledge, because I don't think anybody here is stupid enough to confuse a mediocre college football team with a professional NFL football team.

:dunno:

Hey how about a little love for my Texans? They whipped Tennessee yesterday and have suddenly won 4 games straight. The defense is really coming together. Super Mario, Okoye, Ryans, Robinson....they were terrific. Offensively, Slaton played like a warrior. And Andre Johnson is a *****! Best wideout in the NFL IMO.

The Texans are clearly a team on the rise and could be very dangerous going into next season.....especially if they can draft a knock-your-head-off safety and a big, bruising RB to compliment the slash and dash of Slaton. Watch out for them in 2009.

The NFL really needs to get rid of the following teams:
- Browns
- Bengals
- Raiders

Every game is pathetic and every season is pathetic.

Agreed, but one more would be needed to make it even. how about the Bills? Nobody cares about Buffalo. :D

The good thing about the NFL, unlike almost every other major professional sport in the world, is that due to a salary cap and revenue sharing pretty much every team has hope that in the future they can be good if they hire the right personnel and draft good. Some teams that are good now were pathetic 10+ years ago and vice versa.

McNair needs to shore up that O-line too. I love what Schaub said about that hit on him by Finnegan. :1orglaugh

firstly the lions are worse than the bungles, browns and suckraiders by far. the salary cap and good decisons will help teams alot, look at Atlanta and Miami for examples. the Giants are in trouble if the 2 o-lineman hurt in Dallas can't play against Carolina even if the have Jacobs available he can't help you if he is needed to block. I'm so looking forward to the Pittsburg vs Titians matchup this weekend allthough the Titians are going to have trouble defensivly with Haynseworth and vandenbosch out, the steelers might actually be able to run

The Colts are in. Manning had a super day. Jacksonville had a helluva collapse this season, mostly because of injuries and arguments. Peterson won't be back next season.
