You're right, he was worst than the likes of Delhomme, Smith, Bulger, Quinn and Edwards. People lend far too much credence to the idea that a team's record is directly correlated to their quarterback.

Most busts are on teams that suck anyway. Look at the busts recently. Russell, Couch, Carr, Alex Smith, Quinn etc. Then look at the QB's that have succeeded. Rothleisburger, Rivers, Manning, Rodgers, Sanchez, Henne, Ryan. Decent teams. Some championship caliber. The guys that succeed were given a chance to develop. Not just thrown to the wolves with no O-Line, running game or receivers. I think the front office is to blame for most busts in sports, not the player.

In any case, it seriously looks like Campbell will be their QB next year. In all fairness he also got a raw deal having to deal with the cluster fuck that was the Redskins over the past couple of years. They were about as bad as the Raiders when it came to switching up personnel.
