Haha Lebron to the Lakers.

I've heard rumours of Lebron to Miami, the Clippers, Nets, Knicks and even Denver. People think a team is going to be able to sign a duo of Lebron/Wade/Bosh and still have money for a Joe Johnson type player. Haha.

I think Wade will hit the road to Chicago.
Bosh will try and sign wherever Lebron goes. Bosh isn't a leader and doesn't want to try and lead the Raptors anywhere. He'll be traded before the end of the season.
Lebron will sign with his good friend Jay Zed. They have pieces in Brook Lopez, Courteny Lee and Devin Harris to help support Lebron, the Knicks have Gallinardi, possibly David Lee and no 1st round pick next year. If Lebron wanted to stew in mediocrity, he would stay in Cleveland.

Just my two cents.

everybody at ESPN is speculating King James will be in LA next year. everybody. it's either a conspiracy or just a bunch of loons at that ABC sister organization. frankly I HATE all those fucks at ESPN, but that's just me. :D

yeah, I certainly overlooked KGJ, because I grew up with him. his '89 UD rookie card changed the whole collection industry. definitely, KGJ is the best ever who will never have a title - in any sport.

It is a shame a guy like Griffey won't get to experience winning a World Series, but at the same time, I salute him for not demanding trades to contenders and taking the easy road to success. He's a class act and a definite hall of famer. He could have been the greatest to ever play the game had it not been for his injuries. :(

Man. People have to be insane if they think Lebron will be in a Laker uniform next year. First off, the Lakers don't have cap space for the max contract he will get. Secondly, even if they did a sign and trade this season, they'd have to give up their whole team and 1st round picks for the next 5 years to get it done. Although, given Kupchak's trade history, he could probably get Lebron out of Cleveland for Adam Morrison and a 2nd round pick. :D

Now don't get me wrong. I'd LOVE to see Lebron in the purple and gold, but it ain't going to happen. Lebron/Kobe would be better then Jordan/Pippen. Barring injury, they wouldn't lose. The rest of the league would shit themselves and probably not bother showing up to play.

Now I'm just day dreaming.

Joe Mauer will get his ring. Baseball goes on to long for it not to happen nowadays. I think he'll play 20 years.

I remember the year him, Sosa and McGuire were after the record, both my best friend and I were rooting for Griffey for sure. ESPN that year had a fake draft on who of the three had a better finish on their swing and KGJ won. That was a cool year - I believe it was '98.
