What exactly are you referring to? Because I have no idea, what you're talking about...

If you want to see some "Japan", here's a promo video developed by Japan's state department, tourist department etc. during the "Yôkoso Japan" campaign. ("Yôkoso" (ようこそ) means something like "Welcome to...").
I'd recommend you turn off the annotations before watching it. That stuff's pretty annoying, especially as it covers almost half of the video sometimes.

Apparently dear L3ggy hasn't all the Japanese fonts and one showed up 4F in one part. His computer substituted for the lack of the font. That's all I can think of the cause for an F4 to show up. :hatsoff:
