[Straight Shooter]

Mexican- Tacos al Pastor, carne asada, sopes, pozole, carnitas

American- Cheeseburgers, Italian beef sandwich, hot dogs, steak, BBQ ribs, Mac and Cheese

Italian- Pizza, cacio e pepe, tortellini, gelato, coffee(espresso, cappuccino)

Chinese- Chicken fried rice, egg rolls, sweet and sour pork, stir fry, chow mien

Middle Eastern- Hummus, falafel, kebab, meze, Turkish Coffee

Two questions:

1. Is Chicago style pizza considered Italian? NY style pizza? They were developed in the U.S and are specific to those cities as opposed to authentic Neapolitan pizza

2. American style french fries? Every country has a different take on french fries(Belgian pommes frites) but I specifically like American style fries like you find in McDonalds

Man, I love carne asada and carnitas, five picks wasn't enough, and how the fuck did I leave out barbacoa, tamales, chili rellenos, etc., etc., dude, I love your culture. I'll leave the pizza debate to New Yorkers and Chicagoans. McDonalds, undoubtedly has the best french fry going. There's a mom and pop burger place down the road that serves thick cut steak fries with their monster burgers, I like a good steak fry from time to time, too, and crinkle cut is a totally different beast.
