Death Magnetic wasn't a throw away. There were some redeeming qualities about it. Of course it doesn't match up to their first four but it was the best since the Black album.

Agree 100% Death Magnetic is excellent. Big fan of Metallica and Megadeath but never got into Slayer nor Anthrax.
