Maybe an alternative to give it breathing space is to add some more space between the images. And it wouldn't feel that much like an iframe. The white background of the images would have to be black too because of the contrast otherwise, but a white border on the images might bring back some contrast.

New box and checkmarks look good? What do you think?

Yeah, very happy with that. With that blue box the viewer focused on that blue. Now with the grey transparent (and neutral) box it's just a box to give some information and the pictures get the focus.
And the markers are very present and self-explanatory: even if it's not clear at first sight what they could mean, you find out pretty soon.

I was wondering how it would look like with the padding/margin in between the pictures like I said, so I fooled around with it a little in an image editor (yeah, I'm anal like that):

I changed the color of the 'download selected images'-button to the same color as the title of the gallery to make it uniform.

One small thing for improvement: when opening up a picture, having the option to close the opened picture with the escape key instead of only by pressing the X at the top right. I only say this because you have the option to slide through the pictures with the right and left arrow keys, so usually one comes with the other

Hey peeps!

Check the latest version and let me know what you think / all is working or not and what / looks fine and cool or not and what ;)

We've replaced the header background with what's probably gonna be used in production, added a clean, non obtrusive menu and padded thumbnails like Godsembryo suggested.

I like the look, and it seems to work fine. Might be nice if the esc key would let you escape the picture, rather than having to click the x on the tab.

I'm in favor of this idea, especially since you can already use the arrow buttons to cycle through each gallery. Aside from that, everything looks and works well.

Site looks awesome and obviously great pics! ;P

I can't seem to download any pictures though, I can click on the button, but no download is started. (using Windows 7, IE 9.0.8). Also, for me only the first image is loaded and even though I can load more blocks, they appear as grey blocks, see image.

Other things:
- It wasn't really clear to me that the X in the O was the menu until I decided clicking it.
- For scrolling through images with the mouse, maybe place the arrows at the left and right of the screen instead of on the picture or allow the entire space right and left from the picture to be clickable to scroll or something like that. This way, you can just keep you mouse on one position and keep clicking to go through them. Now, the position of the arrow changes as the size of the pictures are varying.

Looking forward to the new website!

Ok this is interesting or shall i say that it's not at all lol
Please try to figure out how to reproduce the problem. It works great on ie 9 on win 7 here and other FO members run ie9 and it works great for all of them and it does not make much sense on why only the first picture would load. Can you please press F12 and see if you are maybe running on some weird and old compatibility mode and in which case which one?

Please help m eout to figure out what's wong about that before i look into the other minor things.

I am not sure what's wrong. Everything does work for me on Chrome.. I noticed some more possibilities there as well that don't work in IE: the bar with the overview of the galleries doesn't work and some animations like how the menu pops up...

I am gonna try and see what happens if I update internet explorer.

Ok, just updated to IE 10 and everything works now! :) Also if I put it in the IE9 mode. Probably my browser was out of date or something?

Ok, that makes me feel better. There will be a fall back alt for older browsers, prolly serving the old site, to be honest, but as long as it works with latest browsers and devices, i'm happy. Thanks for the update.

I just realized that you can download the entire set for free. Thank you, Sabrina!

Sooooo....the videos section needs your testing and suggestions about functionality, colors, icons bugs report etc

http://leevanadis.com/VIDGALPRO

What you like, what you don't, what works, what doesn't, what you would like to be added or taken away :)
Please, make sure you indicate your browser type and version as well as your device when you report a bug.

This should be fully responsive on all modern browser and devices, included android and iphone tabs and phones.
Hopefully we did a good job in keeping it clean, user friendly and yet informational and geared with the most wanted features. Let me know.

Keep in mind that this is a testing demo and videos quality, length, names, categories etc have just been shot in there randomly just for the purpose of testing.

Using Firefox, everything works fine for me. I'm able to sort through the videos quickly and efficiently using the selection bar at the top of the screen and I can view each video and cycle through with the arrow button or mouse without having to close the video. The only minor flaw I picked up on is when I have a video playing and I move my cursor from the volume symbol to the actual bar to try and lower or raise it, the whole menu disappears.
