In a way, that dumb shit O'Rourke is actually not lying. It's true. There is not a "problem" in El Paso. A "problem" is what it was way long ago way back not even visible now in the rearview mirror. By now it is a full-blown National Emergency. Shelters and churches are FULL. They're already housing migrants at who knows how many roach motels. And it's STILL not a National Emergency?
