Tabasco

tabasco is a little too vinegary for my tastes. through time though, i acquired a liking for it on certain foods. clam chowder, shrimp cocktails, bloody marys, and fish sandwiches. i like other hot sauces though, but not on everything. i like to taste the food.

Yeah I'm the type of person who isn't happy with a meal unless my mouth is burning. I go through one of those big 12 ounce tabasco bottles about every 2.5 weeks.
On a side note, I totally recommend this beer to fans of beer and chiles.

At long last...you've made some sense! :glugglug:

On a different note...and to any Tabasco/Beer fan...I once had a stein of half clamato juice, half Coors Light...lots of salt, pepper and red Tabasco and a lime slice floating....It was drinkable once...but it completely overshadowed the taste of beer. Coors Light is watery enough but this was a little too weird even for me.

I genuinely like spicy food. I'm not sure I go for spicy beer.
