Arnie - how could I overlook those classic lines from Commando (1985):

Matrix: Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?
Sully: That's right, Matrix. You did.
Matrix: I lied.

Or Arnie's Conan explaining the meaning of life?

Mongol General: Hao! Dai ye! We won again! This is good, but what is best in life?
Mongol: The open steppe, fleet horse, falcons at your wrist, and the wind in your hair.
Mongol General: Wrong! Conan! What is best in life?
Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.
Mongol General: That is good! That is good.

Arnold Schwarzenegger from all his movies and his personal life probably has more great quotes than anybody else I've ever known about.

Both they owned the 80's action flicks. Arnie with Commando and Sly with Rocky

Arnold.

My top 3 Schwarzenegger flicks:

3. Predator
2. Total Recall
1. Terminator 2: Judgment Day

(Btw, my favorite Stallone flick is First Blood.)

"Adrian!" vs "Sarah Conner?"

"I am the law!" vs "It's not a tumah"

"Yo Tommy! I didn't hear no bell" vs "Remember when I said I'd kill you last? I lied."

"Draggo!!!!" vs "Get downnnn!!!!!"

"Yo Adrian! I did it!!" vs "I'll be back"

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!"
vs "If I am not me, who da hell am I?"

"If you stop this fight, I'll kill you" vs "If it bleeds, we can kill it"

"If I can change...you can change....Everybody can change!" vs "Hasta la vista, baby"

"No, maybe I can't win, maybe the only thing I can do is just take everything he's got. But to beat me, he's gonna have to kill me, and to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me, and to do that, he's gotta be willing to die himself and I don't know if he's ready to do that. I don't know, I don't know."
vs "What is best in life: Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of the women!"

"Aren't ya gonna ring the bell, Apollo?" vs "Let off some steam, Bennett"

"Nothing is over! Nothing! You just don't turn it off! It wasn't my war! You asked me, I didn't ask you! And I did what I had to do to win! But somebody wouldn't let us win! And I come back to the world and I see all those maggots at the airport, protesting me, spitting. Calling me baby killer and all kinds of vile crap! Who are they to protest me? Who are they? Unless they've been me and been there and know what the hell they're yelling about!"

vs “I live to see you eat that contract, but I hope you leave enough room for my fist because I’m going to ram it into your stomach and break your god-damn spine!”

"You wanna have a good time? Then get a better watch" vs "See you at the party, Richter!"

Stallone - the only one of these two to write the screenplay for and star in a Best Picture Oscar winner.
The only movie I liked of Arnold's was Total Recall. The Terminator flicks were over-rated, Running Man was the ruination of a good novel, and True Lies was only worth watching for JLC's strip tease.

LukeEl

I am a failure to the Korean side of my family
Schwarzenegger had some good movies like Commando, Predator, Raw Deal, The Running Man. However Stallone had all the Rambo films, Rocky films, and Cobra, no way in hell am I going to mention that movie about arm wrestling.
