It's Arnie. Commando, Predator, True Lies, Total Recall - all superb. Even Kindergarten Cop was good for a laugh.

Stallone did have First Blood, Demolition Man, Cliffhanger and Copland, but he loses 1 million points for Stop Or My Mom Will Shoot.

With an epic smash film like Double Trouble, the Barbarian Brothers were the best.

Sly!! By far!!

Arnie is a stupid piece of cheesecake! He's annoying as hell. Even though the Terminator movies were pretty cool of course. But that's not because of Arnie. Every other muscle man could have done the same.

I never understood why the Americans like(d) him so much....

He's dumb, he's a bad actor and he doesn't speak English!

Ahh wait...I guess those are the reasons why they like him huh?

It's good to be the king...
Arnie - how could I overlook those classic lines from Commando (1985):

Matrix: Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?
Sully: That's right, Matrix. You did.
Matrix: I lied.

Or Arnie's Conan explaining the meaning of life?

Mongol General: Hao! Dai ye! We won again! This is good, but what is best in life?
Mongol: The open steppe, fleet horse, falcons at your wrist, and the wind in your hair.
Mongol General: Wrong! Conan! What is best in life?
Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.
Mongol General: That is good! That is good.

Until he stepped into politics, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Now, Sylvester Stallone. But... I voted Both.

I still wish Arnold Schwarzenegger left politics and came back to making movies. Terminator 4 sure as hell could use some Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I'm going to have to say both, but I'll give a definitive reason for each.

Arnold: Embodied, for much of his career, the purely physical force. Conan, the Terminator, John Matrix, all simply people/things just pulverizing their way through the story.

Sylvester: Somewhat similar to Arnold in terms of physicality, but some of his characters like Rocky and Rambo offer glimpses, if not full on views, into the actual character and their backgrounds.

What both offer: Hot bodies.
