Suppertime! Suppertime! Hey Fellas, What'd You Have For Supper Tonight?

The wife made a breakfast casserole Sunday morning, that was incredible. She cut up Pillsbury Grands, and spread the pieces over the bottom of the baking dish, fried up the sausage, and scrambled a half dozen eggs, made some sausage gravy mixed it somehow, and threw in some shredded cheddar, and baked it, and it was amazing. Most definitely a briner dish, if I've ever tasted one.

I had a tortas al pastor, chili relleno, chips with salsa and guacamole. Sure was good.

Chicken marsala with brown rice. It's my 2nd time cooking this and it's delicious. I usually nuke some frozen veggies with it but ehhhh, too lazy (yes, even to pop it into the microwave, lol)

My mother-in-law made us some incredible beef stew with short ribs even making the sauce a little spicy. Sure was good and what's leftover will be even better tomorrow. Heck yeah!
