I think Stern should of stayed with regular ol' radio. Once he moved to satellite radio he only became gratuitous and just like every other dirty talker on there having a woman orgasm via sybian or whatever they can think of.
On terrestrial radio he had to abide by rules, sure, however that meant it wasn't going to be nothing but profanity and gratuitous vulgar talk.
Then again, who would turn down 500 million dollars? Especially since at the time he was still going strong on free radio, wanted out of the censorship, and everyone thought at least 1/4th f his listeners would follow.
Stern is fun to listen to he just is not worth paying to listen to.
