It seems as time goes on more and more people I like in this place leave. I wish you the best, and despite bitching about this place at times I think you did a job well done all things considered. A good bit that happened that I didn't like probably wasn't your fault or even Roald's fault before you for that matter. Add to that the way the industry is now and the lack of cash in it makes me wonder if running this place is a lot less fun than it used to be.

I'm kind of worried about who your replacement is going to be as we've sort of known you for a while now and there was somebody at least I trusted running this place. Having people that were in charge being a personal presence on the board and a part of it's community has been a nice thing for over 10 years now. Better the devil you know and all that.

To be honest, you, a small and dwindling handful of others, and (to be brutally honest with myself) the sunk cost fallacy are the only reasons I keep coming back here. I hope in the near future I don't just have the latter to hang on to. You'll be missed.

Well, for all intensive purposes Roald's position was split up and I'm the one who took the public side of things while the other person focused on the internal.
