I don't think a case should have been made unless you were caught in the act and not discovered later.
Good luck with the lawsuit, but being convicted of it will not help you in a civil trial. I hope the appeal goes in your favor.

That about sums it up. I've tried and tried and tried but for the life of me I can't imagine what is so damaging to our public, young and old, about the sight of a human body.
