Amsterdam:

+ Prostitution is legal

Vegas:

+ Gamble on every corner
+ Prostitute on every corner
+ Hot girls

- Jail for smoking pot
- Loaded with fat tourists
- can be expensive

I can't decide, what city is the best place for a sinner like me.....

I know nothing about Prague or Amsterdam (which is sad for me), but Vegas isn't what a lot of people think it is anymore. The cops will come down on you like the Gestapo for weed and the hotels are on hooker alert. The surveillance guys watch the elevators and if they think the chick you're with is working, they don't let you take her to your room. This causes problems for guys with slutty looking wives. If you're not gambling big time, the drink you order isn't going to taste like anything.

I've been to all these cities and I think I'll stick with Amsterdam. Tough call though, that's why I like you're advice on the matter....

I would say Amsterdam. The "Prostitution" in Vegas is crap, and outside the ranches, illegal. And the ranches are expensive as hell.
Any sort of room service is a scam and up-sell. The best bang for you buck, no pun in intended, is Amsterdam.

Las Vegas bored me to death when I was there (2005)...
I've been to Amsterdam so often I no longer consider it to be special (besides, I've lived in the Netherlands most of my life & for pot or legal prostitution I don't need to go to A'dam, which leaves us with the good looking girls & even though I agree you won't find them anywhere else in the Netherlands, at least not in large numbers, I also have to point out that's because they're either illegal immigrants or tourists (& most of those prefer to stay in Amsterdam))...
That leaves Prague.

Been there with a couple of mates and those hookers literally attack you if you stop to just stop to talk to them or god forgive you, take a wee in a corner of a backstreet near Wenzelsplatz (The center of the city)

And beer is so cheap and still the best in the world.

If you have the chance, go there.

If you prefer pot to girls (and also have a lot of money) Amsterdam is the place...
Prague it's one of the most beautiful cities in the world... and girls are good looking too... It's fairly cheap... My vote goes there.

And if you REALLY want to have fun, fuck like your dick owns you money and deserves no rest (and a cheap place)... go to RIO!
