It's my neighbor's cat. I neither know it's name nor which neighbor's cat it is. It just sat there on the stairs when I came home from the grocery store.

My cat pulls that shit occasionally. It's usually not a good outcome as he's a fucking klutz!
He typically looses his balances and plummets to the floor.
