I think the guy wanting to build it is a complete legend. He isn't a terrorist, not involved with al Queda. It will show Americans that not all muslims are terrorists.

It is highly insensitive to build it at ground zero as he needs some respect for all those who died. A huge amount more respect. But he didn't have anything to do with 9/11.

While I don't like the idea of the government intervening, I think it's a very, very bad decision for them to build a mosque near the Towers site. That's just in poor taste and invites even more hatred towards them and their "religion."
