Should I complain about that to a shop?

I just bought 5 litter box for my cats from Provigo (Grocery store) and ask them to deliver it which is just 1$.

Their policy is that the delivery will take from 30 minutes to 2 hours, I bought them at 10:01AM and the delivery guy came at 12:54PM.

Which is more than 2 hours. Because of that I decided to my ask the delivery guy to refund my 1$.

The guy come and put all the litter boxes and I ask why its took them so long. He just said ''I don't know'' and when I asked a refund for my 1$ for taking more than 2 hours politely, and then he screamed at me:

''You know what? Next time you go to Provigo, bring those litters yourself, you can forget about the delivery because I will never deliver to you again.'' and slammed my door and went back to his van rapidly.

Should I call Provigo? I don't know the name of the delivery guy since he just put the boxes, talked and left fast.
