Shorts for men, ok or not ok?

Shorts are acceptable for casual wear, however I cannot wear them to work. It's over 90 degrees out right now. If I wasn't wearing shorts, I'd suffer from heat exhaustion. In fact, I'm wearing a pair of my favorite shorts right now: white Nike Chicago Cubs shorts with blue trim.

I literally always wear flip-flops. I've been known to wear them in December when it's snowing. They're so damn comfortable and all shoes hurt my feet.

In the good & hot weather we're having at the moment I cant wear anything long..its just too hot! Ive been wearing shorts all weekend...its a shame im not allowed to wear shorts to work for H&S reasons...have to wear all black uniform

I am on the opposite side. You'd see me in shorts when it's -20F, not sure of that in Celcius what that would be, but pants are for scrubs. I hate pants for the most part and when I play sports like hockey I just wear socks and shorts no pants.

Why do people worry about cloth attire? The less the better, but I shave my legs and keep my lower body pretty clean for the most part.

3/4 length bottoms is as far up I go personally but don't think there is anything wrong with men wearing shorts depending on the type and environment they are in when worn. Agree with not wearing sandals and flip-flops, seeing peoples' hairy sweaty feet would not be pleasant viewing :throwup:
