which ones, if I may ask? I've seen shithole countries firsthand; I'm embarrassed to say was born in one. And what is a nation but of people? We're not talking about geography here. Venezuela is a beautiful country in that regard, but as a nation, it is a shithole if you haven't been paying attention. Same with Haiti who shares the same small land mass with The Dominican Republic. One the obvious shithole and the other isn't.

I've been on many trans-Atlantic sea voyages, and no, I still haven't flown and have no intention of doing so.

I refuse to fly, fuck that ****, which makes Europe pretty much inaccessible for me by choice. I've been to Mexico, wouldn't mind living in Mexico. I visited one of my college professors in Trinidad and Tobago a few years ago, with a few other Caribbean Island stops along the way.
