No @DrakeM. These are two different people. This isn't the Seka we all know. Seka started in 1977. She left for awhile after 1984. She came back again in 1990 and ended her career for good in 1997.

She did some photo shoots for Club International in 1983. As noted:

Though Seka and SB are roughly the same age Seka has an April birthday. SB has a July birthday.
