Here's the story in short
I spent 3 weeks with my girlfriend at her nans house in scotland after she went in hospital and I offered to keep my GF company
Now today I have been accused of stealing some jewellery of her nans which has apparently gone missing
My GF says she knows I would never do anything like this (which i wouldn't) and all I need to do is give fingerprints if asked
I went in her Nan's room 3 times. twice to watch the television and once to riffle through drawers to help my GF (who was present) find some money
What is the best course of action to deal with this? I didn;t steal any jewlerry but am worried that under scrutiny I will become one of those overly defensive people who haven;t done anything but due to the over the top actions and sweating cause suspicions
