Like in Call of Duty... introduce 'PRESTIGE' where after reaching the maximum amount of rep, it reboots to 0 but the member gets some kind of little tag next to the user name to indicate his/her prestige level, like for Prestige 1 make it something like a dildo, Prestige 2 a douchebag, Prestige 3 :baconsalt: etc, etc, etc.

Why just not resetting to zero. And instead of giving rep that is a percentage of your own rep, just make it a +1 or -1 no matter if you're a newbie or long on the board. You never have problems reaching the limit. People can still react to a post and show appreciation or disaprove.

Or create something that is more or less like on youtube where you can give a post a 'thumbs up' of 'thumbs down'. In that case it REALLY IS an appreciation or disapproval of a POST instead of a member.
