Who cares? I'm willing to bet that there are plenty of underaged girls working in pornography. They're called fake IDs and they're not hard to obtain. It's not like these pornography companies check birth certificates or DNA evidence when they hire girls - they check their driver's license...which can easily be faked.

I know it's a bold statement, but it's true. Fake IDs aren't uncommon and they're not difficult to get. I had easy access to fake IDs when I was only 13 years old and I grew up in a small neighborhood. I would assume it would be even easier to obtain a fake ID in a town like Los Angeles.
And, who cares? I don't. Assuming this girl was, in fact, underage...nobody made her shoot porn movies. It was her choice. So, I don't care. There are plenty of underage kids doing things they're not supposed to be doing - things that are illegal - drinking, smoking, consensual sex, watching R-rated movies without parental consent, buying pornography, etc. It happens and I honestly don't care when it does.
Now, if she was forced to do this, then I would change my tune.

That is not correct. DOB 1990 is on her supposedly false ID. Real DOB is given as 1995.

I for one, don't want to be looking at kids. I don't do that k-porn thing, and I don't want to have to worry (for both moral and self-protective reasons) about running across it accidentally in the course of looking at totally legit porn involving legal adults.
Also - and not unrelated - (to answer your "who cares?") because our society has determined (via our elected legislators, who in turn write the laws) that minors shouldn't be making porn.
It's also far from impossible that someone underage could be provided with phony documents (fake ID and such) and coerced to say and do a lot of things. It's not like some profession that is devoid of some real creeps.

Maybe they're not curing cancer, but they did seem to be on the up and up. I assumed an organization as large as theirs was being more cautious. If they let something like this slip through, they're not as good at what they do as I thought they were. That's all.

I understand that angle, I do. I don't want to be looking at kids performing sexual acts either. I just personally don't care about this girl being underage or not because:
A) I don't belong to Reality Kings (or any other pay site for that matter).
B) Assuming she really was a minor at the time, nobody forced her to do anything against her will.
C) Underage kids willingly and consensually do things they're not legally old enough to do aaaaall the time and, in my opinion, this is no different.
So, I just don't care. Like I said before though, if she was forced into making porn, then I'd care. Because, then it wouldn't be a case of some underaged girl trying to have a good time and make it as a star - it would then be a case of rape and that is something I strongly hate.
