Religion of Peace

again - where/who even claimed that?

The thread STARTED as the result of the actions of a christian terrorist

THEN the equivalencies started justifying the attack by saying its not as bad as islamos - I say they are both fruitloops

Exactly. You tried to paint a broad brush and make one white extremist on par with millions of radical wacko Islamofascists - entirely false.

And if that wasn't your intention, that's the way pretty much everyone here seems to have accepted it. Either way...

Yeah, it's somebody else's fault when people decide to become right wing racist reactionary mental defective white power types.

Gotta love that conservative 'personal responsibility'!

Ahh the sound of zionism in it's death throes. About time too.

While we're on the subject, the tragedy in Norway has given us another valuable insight into contemporary Israeli society. A response to an article in the J Post on the attack:

You will be labeled an Anti Semite along with those 'self hating' Jews:facepalm: who keep voting OVERWHELMINGLY Liberal/Progressive/Democrat and want very little to do with the Right traditionally.

Norway's gov't seems to dabble in #4.

Now Norway's government is Anti Semitic because there policy seems to strongly favor Palestinian Statehood?:1orglaugh

No wonder the the American Jewish community who support and have always supported a Progressive agenda(with at least 80% plus Democratic support ) in this country(and Europe) want very little or nothing to do with Right Wing Nuts.

Even most American Jews think you and neo cons one sided obsession with Israel is a bit absurd. Since you can't call American Jews Anti Semitic you surmise they must be 'self hating' sine they don't obssess over Israel like you and neo ons do.

This discussion is not even close as Jews here in the States OVERWHELMINHGLY reject your kind of politics.

to what providence and by whom was Manifest Destiny afforded by and why?

Ask the Aztecs how peaceful christianity was

Ever heard of plague? If the Christians had not reached the Americas, and let's the Muslims had, things really wouldn't have changed as much in terms of the decimation of the Indian population.Disease is what triggered a massive die off of nearly 90% of the indigenous population in Mexico within 50 years of Cortez's landed. When faced with plagues which took only Pagan Indians and left Christian Spaniards unharmed, you might think, if you were an Indian, that the Christian God was stronger than the old Indian gods.

Now let's just look at other parts of the Americas..There was a case in which a Portuguese Catholic Priest or something like that discovered a lost tribe and decided that he would keep the West from corrupting them..Within a few decades, there were 2 survivors of that tribe..How did a single Catholic Priest kill all those people? Was it his being a Christian, or the fact that he brought along with something which this tribe had never had contact with before?

Read Plagues and Peoples if you want to figure out why the Hell Rome fell, or why a few thousand Spaniards were able to conquer so much of Central and South America.

(And yes, I reposted this.)

This wouldn't hurt anyone.
