I certainly know what you mean, I have but 43, and a great deal of them are no longer participating here.

One big thing is that I don't accept requests from anyone that I don't talk to often.
In some cases I get requests from members that I have never even encountered with on the board.

I had to wait until now when it cooled off to get back on. The weather got hot where I'm at, around 99 degrees F/37.5 degrees C. I was worried my computer wouldn't be able to keep itself cool enough if I kept on running it and I didn't want to potentially damaging some of it's internal components.
