Here's a question that I'm curious about...

When you hear the phrase "END OF THE BUSINESS DAY", do you consider that to be when the business closes (5PM, 6PM, etc.) or when the clock strikes midnight and the day "technically" ends?

I think of that as when a business closes otherwise wouldn't they just say, "end of the day".

Yeah it's like the term 3 business days. Which is taking into account 8 hour work days makes it about 24 hours.
