I feel really bad today. I could hardly pull myself out of bed and I'm still tired. I just can't shake it. Working out is going to suck today. Not mention it's going to be cold when I do. Maybe it's the fact I'm shedding fat and have been in a net calorie deficit for over a month now. I did deplete a lot of carbs. I have only about another month to go now.
