Oh wait. I guess the games are region free. I am reading it seems you can play American games on European PS3.
 
Ha I just read that, too. But it was about the very first PS3. That this can play any games from any region.

Is it still the same? This would be awesome! :)


EDIT: Ahhhh yeah! I totally forgot about that Lungy! That was the problem. The damn Americanos use NTSC instead of PAL! :(
 
I would assume it is the same. As far as I know none of that technology changed or they'd be financially screwing themselves in the updating of technology in their product.
 
Yup PAL over here.
I'm not sure how much PS3 games cost, since I dont have any :D
They are probably around NZ$100 :dunno:

NTSC can play anything.

They are region free. Games. However, the movies, being blu-ray, will be region coded. The games are indeed region free.

Hmm. It seems atings seemed to have had a caution. At least according to my Norton website checker. Yet McAfee showed no warnings.

Either way, I will check it out, on a later time :)
