Random Statement Thread II

everything is layered...there are multiple levels of reality for each moment, there's the event which is in-of-itself occurring, there is your experience of the event occurring, there is your perception of the experience which is happening, there is also our perception of what we perceive (how we feel about what we are feeling if you will)...and those are but four of the layers occurring within an individual, once a 'other' is incorporated the layers multiply...some seek to eliminate the extraneous layers, zen practitioners for example, others live in the multitude :D

I'm on a Megadeth/Metallica rush^^

I haven't done anything productive, and now I'm going to bed. Good day.

I'm happy for you Alisa! :) :lovecoupl

I have a question for you English speaking peepills,

What's the difference between cleaning and cleansing?

Cleanse
1. Make (something, esp. the skin) thoroughly clean: "this preparation will cleanse and tighten the skin"; "a cleansing cream".
2. Rid (a person, place, or thing) of something seen as unpleasant, unwanted, or defiling

Clean
1. Make (something or someone) free of dirt, marks, or mess, esp. by washing, wiping, or brushing: "chair covers should be easy to clean"; "he expected other people to clean up after him"; "Anne will help with the cleaning".
2. Remove the innards of (fish or poultry) prior to cooking

Cool?
:D

Not weally.

For example what's the difference between cleaning your skin and cleansing your skin. Or does the term cleaning your skin not exist?
