We've determined if you're posting anything that's not latin letters, it's blanking everything. So if you're using a swedish keyboard and accidentally type a non latin character, it blanks. We agree, very, very annoying and we're working to fix it. Henry wasn't in today, but perhaps he'll have a solution. If not, then we'll have to wait for the next update on Tuesday to see if they fixed anything that will help "fixing" this issue.

I think i know what the problem is. It can't be the swedish letters that's blanking out my posts, because i'm 100% sure that i haven't used any. I have done some testing and the problem seems to be the apostrophe. My keyboard have three different apostrophes, one that looks like this " ' ", which seems to be working fine, and two that's "tilted" slightly. It's the tilted ones that blanks out the posts. But you were right about the swedish letters, they also blank out the posts.

Never thought something as simple as a number (rep) would upset so many people.

Look at mine, ZERO! People take the whole rep thing way too serious and if you ask me we should just get rid of it all together.

It's pretty much anything "extra". This boils down to a utf8 problem.

The tab key doesn't move the focus around the page anymore, i used to love just pressing the tab key 2x when replying, i'm a keyboard power user using chrome v15

Using FF an I can no longer see the characters without leaning forward and/or squinting - even after wiping all the old DNA stains from the monitor. :crying:

This is a layout/styling issue. Crossing our fingers that Tuesday's update will fix that and a few other issues.

I've figured out the problem. Seems I've exceeded my quota of 1 Mb for stored attachments (which I didn't know existed). So, how do I delete some of them? Please help!

Attachements: There shouldn't be a limit (to my knowledge). I'm going to investigate this today.

Posts showing up blank

IF you use non-latin characters (the special german characters, the little squiggly things over letters, the dots, etc) your post WILL come up blank.
We DO know what's going on, but we don't have a fix for it right just this moment so no ETA other than Henry and Raymond are working on it.
This also means you can't edit your posts and mods can't edit pre-upgrade posts that have non-latin characters.

Reminds me of a website I'm making and the problems I had with the characters. I had to save, re-upload or alter everything in UTF-8 collation instead of the swedisch one. That was fun...

By the way, it's been two days since I logged in and I notice quit some changes and tuning already. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to have a bunch of threads merged (merge ALL of the stupid rep threads, SVP), and the advanced search function, when I typed "rep" and "search titles" brought up 0 responses.

Just FYI. If this is useless information, feel free to expose yourself to me.

You have to be very careful and only hit the post reply button once, even if it takes time for it to load, DO NOT hit the button again.

I figured that, and were very careful, but it didn't matter. Anyhow, now the problem is gone!

Under Settings (PKA: My Profile), there was small icon to the right of these boxes:

These icons would open/close these boxes. There is no icon now and hovering over the area gets nothing. Was this feature removed in this version of vBulletin, or is this another bug?

This is not really a bug, but maybe you can help me anyway.

When I enter the board from my phone I can't enter for example the post games section. Because: When I scroll down to the button thingie where I can chose the section that I want to go to I can't scroll that thing down so that the popup button thingie ends at the Funny...section. So I can't chose sections past the funny...section.

Sorry I have no idea how else to describe it and you know what I mean.
