I may have missed it, but how long do you go between sessions? Giving your body a full 3 days of no climax before having sex really helps.
I know as I'm heading towards 40, with less than an "active" lifestyle (I should be more active, it would help), if I unload every day, it's difficult to maintain an erection for as long as when I was younger. As for your problem, I've had this happen on occasion but not consistently.
In most every case, I've been able to attribute it to fatigue, over-exertion, or some mental distraction. You're probably tired of hearing this, but do see a doctor to at least rule out anything physical. At that age, even with a condom.... most guys don't last more 30 seconds.
