Yuck. Almost all boob jobs look too hard and artificial. Fake breasts dont turn me on in the slightest. I think it's really sad that women fhave to mutalate thier bodies in order to be consittered attractive. But on the other side of the coin i don't really like tiny breasts either. They have to be decent sized, and they have to be natural. Small breasts can look ok on some girls if it matches the body type though. Like Jordan Capri... she looks great with her little boobs. Mmmmmm. She's perfect in my book. She better not EVER ruin her body for the sake of "glamor".

Well, there you go. I don't think most guys like tiny breasts either. And many, many woman (that are really fit) have very small to tiny breasts. So even though they are natural; you wouldn't love them either. So either they can stay very small and not get noticed. Or get implants, hope they turn out right and get far more noticed (usually). What do they have to lose by getting the implants - realistically?

The breast size has to match the woman's frame. Having a smaller girl, with huge implats is awful. Knowing where to draw the line is the key.

I liked Jill Kelly's first go round with silicone. But now, they are way too big. Same with Sunrise Adams. She just went too big.

I can't say I hate boob jobs entirely (because I love Nikki Tyler, Staci Valentine, Lexus Locklear), but there is something about all natural women, whether they have a body like Avy Scott, or one like Stephanie Swift.

Sunrise Adams new boobs are too big!? Not to me in the slightest. You say they should 'match a woman's frame'. If you look at Sunrise Adams, she is a rather hippy gal; especially by pornstar standards. Her natural breasts made her look even more so, not a trait that women are seeking to attain (I suspect).
Now her body (imo) is in MUCH better proportion then it was.

Jill Kelly didn't need it to keep in proportion, but Sunrise Adams definitely did.

It all comes down to whether one likes implants or not.
To me big breasts look more womanly. Small breasts look more girlie. I prefer womanly. And since most woman are born with small breasts...

And this thing guys have for 'all natural'. Silly to me. How many famous women have gotten nose jobs or chin implants? Hundreds. And many we don't even know about.
They are no longer 'all natural'. But I bet the one's that had big honkers didn't turn guys cranks nearly as much as after they got them reduced.
And a great implant job is almost undetectable.

Someone look at before and after pictures of Veronika Zemanova and tell me that it is obvious that her implanted breasts are not natural? You can tell if you really look (and I have REALLY looked - lol). But otherwise? Naa.

i don't really disagree with you, i think you're comparing apples and oranges. typically a nose job will make a person's face more symmetrical looking, or will remove an "imperfection" (remove or reduce a hook or sharp curve, etc.).

boob jobs are simply to add size, and far too many women go overboard. yes, a good boob job can be hard to spot, and will enhance a woman's overall figure and look. but most of the women in porn stick the biggest ballons on their chests that a plastic surgeon can find. sorry...the lollipop look doesn't do it for me...but to each his own...

Good post, I think.

Now you have a reasonable viewpoint (imo). When they are well done and not overboard - they are an improvement.
That is all I am espousing. For people to keep an open mind. To say ALL women that had implants have wrecked their looks or bodies is rather silly to me. Of course, that can go for just about anything in life (keeping an open mind).

To be fair, I love the 'lollipop' look. Though it probably is none too comfortable for the lady in question's back.
