Because he used to be a different member that asked stupid questions to bump his post count until the mods moved all his threads into the games section, so the post count didn't bump. Now he's back, with a different name, asking more stupid questions.
Eventually the mods will move this guys threads to the games section again, I'm betting. Then he'll go away, but come back with a different name, and ask very serious questions like this again.
