If I had a dollar for every time the cops were being cops and not 'THE FUN POLICE' riding around and fucking up peoples' day, ending the fun and being general pricks with a badge that let THEM break the law but impose that same lawbook on you..
I'd be about as poor as I am now. They really, REALLY need to implement some cop (crop) rotation in their ranks. Some of them are just cynical, nasty mean bastards that NEED A FUCKING VACATION! I swear, whew.. it's like they're paid to lose respect for the whole human race and they always believe you've done something. Guilty until proven half guilty.
