Please support prison dan

Normally I would say throw the book at him, but is this his first offense?
If so, then this appears to be a bit harsh....but I don't know if he has had other problems with the law and whatnot. I really don't understand why there is such an issue with alcohol and drinking in this country. Do they really think these "laws" are going to stop it from happening? uhhh NO it doesn't. Young adults and teens are going to drink and that is just the reality that people have to face. The theft of the blow up doll and resisting arrest are other issues but still 19 months for that.....hmmm that's a bit harsh. But he will probably been county and not a maximum security prison. And I have heard that even county lockups can be harsh at times, all he can do is appeal, CYA, and behave and maybe they will let him out earlier. I've had longer periods without a girlfriend than a few months but I never did STOOPID things like that either. Anytime I went through droughts of no pussy I just screwed around and whatnot, but there were some "disasters" with that as well. It's moments like that, that make a guy go hoggin....:1orglaugh

Just my :2 cents:

"offense"? I count at least four that he's acknowledged. Let alone what he actually did and what charges he ultimately faced.

Like I said earlier the potential robbery (if they charged it as a robbery) alone is worth 1-3 years...assuming he didn't wield a weapon. With a weapon that goes easily up to 8-10 years....

I know, women can drive a man fuckin' bananas. And you can't hit 'em. They can absolutely drive a guy freaking bonkers though, 'cause they have the upper hand and most of 'em know it.

I've noticed during breakups, in the long term most women always pull through easier and will be with someone else before you know it and you'll seem long forgotten, even if they sobbed their guts out more than the guy did immediately after said breakup. With guys it lingers in the head long term and even years later that 'special one' will still be etched into their minds, how often do you hear about women turning to drink or suicide after a failed relationship, it's almost always men. Maybe they're mentally tougher than us or more mature I don't know :dunno:

he got 19 months...lohan got 90 days ..out in less than 2 weeks??whats wrong with this picture:thefinger <this is for the justice system..

Where the hell is 24788 anyway? Starts this thread and is nowhere to be found...

Well, you'd actually have to have them in your life to know how difficult they can be. :1orglaugh I don't suspect that's a problem for you.
He's getting drunk, stealing a blow up doll & resisting arrest so he can share a cell with his fwend. . .

I have had women in my life, I have had my share of bad relationships but don't tar all women with the same brush. I actually learn to let go of the bad shit rather than becoming a misogynist & seeking solace at the bottom of a beer bottle. . .

Yeah, right. :1orglaugh And mrt, you phony, I've seen you make quite a bit of misogynistic posts; how many can you find from me, tough guy? BTW, your reading and comprehension skills are lacking, because none of the posts I've contributed have been remotely misogynistic.

:1orglaugh:bowdown: Yea...what gave it away...the "bloodshot" part?? :1orglaugh

Anyone who agrees with mrt has got to be off his rocker. But I just think you're pissed 'cause I kicked your ass in the 14th Amendment thread. :1orglaugh

Sorry I missed your post. I think a lot of has to do with guys trying to get into EVERY womans pants at EVERY turn of their life, so there's always a quick turn around for them.

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
If you have to go to jail because you got drunk and got into a fight with a cop, after you stole a blowup doll, that REALLY confirms that you are a member of the ULC (Ultimate Losers Club). Only if he agress to be sterilized should he EVER be let out of jail.

That's my Georges Thought of the Day.

Really? Was that the part where you were flatly wrong in towing Paul's wrong assertion?

Still think the US is the only wealthy, western nation which affords citizenship with birth irrespective of the parent's legal status?
