This is one of my buddies. This is his story,

His name is Daniel (one on the left) and he's going to prison for underage drinking, theft, and resisting arrest. Now the story of this poor mans great night turned into a nightmare starts when he and a few buddies were bored and had no idea what to do. They thought they'd sit at home and watch some tv, but after a couple hours of being bored they decided to go to a bar with their fake IDs and get a few beers. It's what many under age kids do for fun and they wanted to show the world how badass they are, but it didn't turn out that way for one of them. That's right you guessed it Dan.

Dan somehow managed to lose his friends and for a while they didn't seem to notice, but after an hour they decided to look for him, but it was too late. Dan had already committed his crimes. Dan entered a sex shop located near the bar and store and stole a blow up doll since he was lonely. He hasn't had a girlfriend in a few months and who can blame him for his actions? I know I can't I haven't had a girlfriend in 21 years, but that's beside the point. He was lonely and was only looking for a good time, so he stole a blow up doll. He didn't get far though and after about half a mile of walking he was picked up on the streets by LA's finest.

Now this is where the story gets bad. Dan didn't have his real ID on him and the police found out he was underage since he decided it was a good idea to snitch on himself, but we can't hate him for being honest now can we? Dan decided to do something dumb he lost control of himself and decided to try to teleport. The idea of teleporting sounds dumb, but when your drunk it's fucking awesome, but back on track. He was taken down by the police and after a very little scuffle which no one get scratched and he was given another charge which was resisting arrest.

This is why I decided to make this page because it's an honest mistake and he is an innocent man. Now I know some of you guys are saying that he deserves the 19 months in prison for his actions, but he's an honest man who doesn't deserve 19 months in prison in my opinion. He deserves 80 - 120 hours of community service at most for his actions. If everyone who is charged with stealing a blow doll gets 19 months in prison then everyone should be in prison because at some point in our life well do it or steal something less useful like a cd. Even if you don't agree how can you guys feel no pity for this man?

I don't know what to do anymore :(. I have no gaming buddy for the next 19 months now.

 Surely there is more to this story because I'm still trying to find the innocent part.

Underage drinking - guilty
Drunk in public - guilty
Shoplifting - guilty
Resisting arrest - guilty

All this and I'm sure the side he told you was what happened in the most favorable light for him (if he wasn't too drunk to have forgotten half of what he did). I'm sure the his actions and what he was alleged to have done in the complaint was much worse than he's leading on.

Sorry son (Dan)....learn from this mistake and be happy you have the opportunity to...there was a kid handcuffed and on the ground who was mistakenly shot to death by a doofus cop for resisting.:2 cents:

I think he got 19 months for not having his real ID on him, being drunk in public, being drunk while he's still underage, resisting arrest AND for stealing...

If he had apologised, willingly given the doll back & promised to pay for the expenses ASAP, he might have gotten off with some community service or a warning, but he acted like an idiot & he rightfully got an idiotic sentence in return...

I might disagree with the legal age at which a US person can drink, but since you live there, you simply have to follow the rules. Breaking the rules can be fun, make things easier, etc., but you know you're breaking the rules & if you get caught you shouldn't start whining.

Maybe 19 months sound a bit harsh perhaps 2 to 5 months in prison sound a bit right. I not sure how he innocent after he been drinking underage.

Hey guys I am trying to get Rage Against the Machine to reunite again and play a benefit show for Dan's false imprisonment.

American drinking law are ridiculous.

Well, the first time I ever bought legally was a trip to Manitoba when I was 18. Also the weed my teamates and I bought from the crazy Jamaican at a mall in Winnipeg. Good times. Great memories. ;)

I had a friend who was three years older than me so when I was 18 he could always buy for me anyway. ;) But yeah, pretty sure I had a fake ID at one point or another as well. You can by the do-it-yourself kits for fake IDs online nowadays anyway.

He hasn't had a girlfriend in a few months and his desperation caused him to steal a blow up doll?

19 months does seem rather harsh considering this kid seems to be lost in life. I say 4-6 months would have been decent in county.

My Penis Is Dancing!
I thought about helping him, then I started about thinking of violent prison rape, so I masturbated instead.
It was a good masturbate.

They're stiff, but comparing Canada to their monster neighbor to the south is like apples and oranges. It's just so sparsely populated in Canada. But yeah, I've totalled two cars because of that shit, so I can't say I think the 21 limit is outrageous. It's the college underage crowd are the ones that are really bad though; all the deaths, etc. in that crowd is crazy. They're the dumbest suckers, so maybe if we did lower it and were more open about it it would alleviate some of the binge mentallity. :dunno:

I think it would be. Though probably more important parents shouldn't always be telling their kids drinking is bad till your of age it only makes the kids want to try it more and be way more irresponsible than they would if their parents had let them try what they were drinking when they were younger. Take away the I'm a rebel and it wont be half as bad. Well in my opinion.
