So the possibility of an event personally happening to you has a direct correlation to one's opinion or who one may find attractive? I think you think a little to simplistically. If you are the type of person who would say yes to anyone who is remotely attractive because your desparate to get you board waxed, that's your call. But don't go projecting that attitude on others.
I see the comparison you are trying to make, but it is a weak one. If somebody WAS willing to pay you 20 mil to go in a ring with Tyson (or anyone else for that matter) almost anyone would do it. The likelyhood of that happening, As remote as it is, has no bearing on the fact that people would so much more stupid things for much less money.
Trying to compare that as to whether one would sleep with a woman, no matter how attractive or unattractive you may find her, based on availability and opportunity is kind of moot.
A numbers man are you? You see, out in the real world, men who are not so desparate to score don't need to ask 10 women out in hopes that one might say yes. Not that all women say yes, but it's the smart and confident guys who have something to offer who find out that women are not so scary and need not be feared. You speak of desparation, you cannot colour all with the same bruch that you choose to paint yourself with.
As for Paris. Is she physically ugly? No, of course not. Does her personality make her morally irreprehensible and totally repugnant...in my opinon...Yes.
As for not sleeping with her, I find my wife much more attractive on a hundred more different levels, so there is no need, no desire, as well as (as you so obviously put it) no chance. That doesn't mean I would if there was a chance.
