I'm going to have to agree with Jitna on this one. The rule is apparently not explicitly written in the rule list, but I think it makes more sense to allow people to continue to vote until the OCSMoTW runner finally gets around to posting who the winner is, with midnight being a general guideline for when voting is expected to end.

In my opinion you're just setting a bad precedent for last second and even LATE ballot stuffing,

Miss has already one this year and is going to win many more. third, i wouldve been happy to rule it a tie because it is just for fun, but by doing that i would be negating AndiLandArmy's vote. To me, that seems like a mean and arbitrary decision. Everyone has a right to their vote. The vote ends when i or whoever's running it that week declares it over. that's that.

technically, the main objective is to show love to the ladies that take the time to interact here on the board, but, yeah, have fun is important, too. we do generally try to avoid drama, but unfortunately that cant always be the case. hopefully, this hasnt soured you to the thread. we hope to see more of you and some of the other participation avoiders here. everyone is welcome. the only participation you have to do is, when its time, say 'i vote for so and so'
