Hello I would like to here from the Fourm about which game console is best. I have a PS II Nintendo WII & Gamecube and two older consoles super & 64 Nintendos.

360 for me.
PS3 has potential but 360 is the best right now in my opinion . The price is right for a good gaming experience .
Wii is my favorite party game. When you have four friends lying around, nobody wants to watch people play PS3 or Halo or something, it's much more fun to be able to play Wii games. I personally own a PS3, and the games I've played are extremely satisfying, but overall I think the Wii suits my lifestyle the best. Forunately, many of my friends own it.
I don't know, I'm always making fun of people playing Wii at parties. My friend just broke his 3rd Wii controller.
I don't have too much experience with the PS3, but on thing that bug me is that they didn't really change/improve the controllers really. Yeah, they are cordless and they have that motion thing in them, but you can't tell me that's the perfect controller design. It's not that I don't like the controller, but it's next gen, it's HD, seems like cut corners. It's a rather meaningless gripe though, I'll admit that.

PS3 is the right way to go IMO. The Blu Ray movies, the games, the functionality and the tons of killer apps coming in '08. I can't picture any serious gamer not wanting the games that are coming out in '08 for PS3. The other consoles are also good but I think the PS3 has more games coming out for it in the long run.
I still paly games on my Game cube one of them is Medal Of Honor Rising Sun. I love shooting them Japs with my M1 Grand and Thompson.

I agree that the PS3 has some good games coming in 2008 but it definitely doesn't have more than 360 . Both consoles have good or great games coming depending on one's tastes . If the PS3 was about the same price as a 360 and not 150 $ + more I would say buy a PS3 if its games appeal to you more , but since it's still too pricey , the 360 offers better value for your buck in my eyes . :2 cents:

I play the 360 the most, by a long shot. Mostly online at night with buddies(forza, graw2, r6, gow, nhl07,nhl2k7) but i have like 15 other games.
I only have 3 Wii games, Sports, Play, and Paper Mario. I am waiting on the new Metroid though. I would also like to pick up the Zelda game as well.
My ps3 sits and collects dusts right now, and has for some time. I enjoyed Resistance. MLB 07 The Show is one of the best baseball games i have ever played. Other than that- nothing. Hopefully the future will be bright for it though.
If i could only have one/ buy one? The 360- no doubt(buy a store warranty though). Its got the games, and will continue to have them(microsofts deep pockets, and willing to spend it). I think the graphics will be near the same amongst ps3 and 360. The ps3 is apparently very hard to develop for. Thus all these cross platform games have looked and played better on 360. Sony first party titles will be amazing though.

I think the vibe I'm getting from this thread is that any of the 3 consoles can be good depending on what a person is looking for .

I realy do need to get a 360 maybe this Christmas I can get one from somebody.
don't get a 360 yet give it another year! i got it less than 3 months ago and got the ring of death. im sticking with my wii... no problems on it. free internet browser. old games are cool. the old games on the 360 run slow especially street fighter. love the ps3. i only want that for the God of War that'll be coming out on it.
