Wow. You're pretty certain and decicive. I am personally overhwlemed by my options and need to think it through. One guess/ one chance....adds some pressure to someone like me who is an admitted overthinker and very self critical. haha
im also a bit of an overthinker (and self critical), but ive also thought about this thing a lot(i have also overthought the Brewster's Millions scenario too), which is why i settled on just get a lot of money. it solves most other problems without creating too many others.
See, if you all of a sudden end up with a large sum of money, the government is going to want to know why. I could see them nailing you for tax evasion or something that would land you in jail. But, the scores and investments that would net you the most money wouldn't be hard to remember. Buster Douglas over Mike Tyson. Giants over Patriots & Packers over Broncos in the Super Bowl. Buy stock in Apple and Google. I think that would be pretty easy. You should be able to win any Super Bowl bet and make some big investments anyway. As long as you are fairly knowledgeable already, you'd be set.
i have thought about the government problem as well, but if youre not monkey-pawed i think if you play it smart (and hire a good lawyer) you can handle it well.
unfortunately i dont remember too many super bowls or world series, though i guess i could get a couple of them right. unfortunately, i was too young to be gambling on tyson/douglas or probably buy stock in apple (though even buying it in the late 90s might not be too bad). google i might have been able to do, i guess. but making big bets could still screw with history, people losing money that shouldnt, people not winning as much money as they should because you ruined the odds.
I'd still relish the opportunity to make better decisions where I once screwed up though. I believe that what was destined to be will be. If you were meant to be close friends with Nikki Nova, then what could you do to undo that?
Nikki's much too precious to go about risking my friendship with her like that.
That's a good one. Aside from the dreadful prospect of living forever (I mean, who would really want to do that?), you can't go wrong there.

Or Jon S. even. I saw in another thread that he is going away & leaving the site for awhile or something? I sent him a pm but he didn't respond, and he always does. Does anyone know why? Was he serious? Big bummer anyway.
