I don't know anyone in Canada but that didn't stop me from moving any of the other places that I've lived. I can tell you one thing if Palin ends up as president I am so outta this damned country at lightning speed! Not even joking. haha. I really have been tossing around the idea of Canada lately however. I have had a stalker/tormentor for about 5 years now and over the last 2 months he has escalated to death threats and seems to be getting frightningly unstable. That's honestly my main reason. I just want to be far away from the "crazy". It's a completely different country yet I speak the language. I love it. haha

I've been to Canada several times & trust me, what happened following the hockey game in Vancouver was VERY unusual. I've found Canada to be very much like life in the States...without all the bs...if you know what I mean. Shit, you can walk the streets in large cities in Canada with little fear of being assaulted, robbed, &/or mugged. What U.S. city can make that claim? Not many if any. Montreal has more of an European feel to it...but Toronto is very much like New York City...except much cleaner, safer, & far less crime. The only really bad thing I can think of about Canada is that it gets really cold in the winter....but Hell you can always bundle up!

Now, I hear people saying Palin would have no chance in Hell of winning and that the electorate would never be stupid enough to elect someone as horrible as Palin. Is this the same electorate that was "smart" enough to "elect" Bush to two terms? I've learned long ago to not underestimate how...well you know...that my fellow Americans can get. Ha ha ha! BUT, I swear I am about to the point that if they do elect (I say they...because there is no way in Hell I'd vote for her) Palin...I'm REALLY heading to Canada and I'm not coming back. I think I'll seek political asylum!!! Ha ha ha!

For real though...anyone who says they don't like Canada...probably has never been there! PLUS, they actually provide healthcare for their citizens (it might not actually be free...it's paid through taxation...BUT, it sure as Hell is better than the F'ed up system we have....stepping off soapbox now! Ha ha ha!)!!!!

Finally, why the heck do those waterproof computers have to be so damned expensive (comparitively speaking that is)? Ha ha ha!

Canada and the US are not that different....I have lived in Canada all my life but I Can't think of a better country that I would want next door then the good old USA....have famlily & friends in the US and visit all the time...we both have are crazzies and some are in BC.... as far as that stocker, maybey a few of us could just pay him a visit.....But let me know the next time you come up for a visit. :iloveyou:

I don't walk the streets in fear per se, and I've never really had anything happen...other than a few times...being blunt here...some dumb fucks tried to mug me..once in Atlanta (with friends)...once in Pittsburgh (by myself)...each time at night. Of course the dumb asses didn't get shit...I fought back and they ran...SERIOUSLY!!! Ha ha ha! You and I know there are many cities in the U.S. that aren't exactly safe in many areas after dark...Philadelphia, which obviously I have been to many times, is one of them. Following sports events and concerts that I've attended in Philly, I've stopped for gas not too far from Broad Street...and I was looking over my shoulder the whole time. Just being real! Heck, the capital, Washington, D.C. is even one of the most dangerous cities. New Orleans is another...like the murder capital...up there with D.C. Now to be fair, most of the murders are drug related and if you aren't in that game...you are quite a bit safer....BUT, there are plenty of murders that occur as the result of robberies too. You just don't see that many people being killed for $15 in Canada.

Fact of the matter is that the United States has a serious crime problem, a lot of which is the result of misguided and failed drug policies...but that is a subject for another place and time. ha ha ha! Bottom line, you can walk the streets in Canada, and not even really worry about something happening...not even in thee back of your mind. If you walk the streets of a major U.S. city at night, and you don't think about something happening, at least in thee back of your mind...I'd say that person is rather naive. Fact of the matter is that Canada is just a safer and less angry (a lot of the violent crime is the result of misguided anger too) place to live.

All things being equal, and if I had my choice, if not for the cold winters...I'd probably pick Canada...FOR REAL!

Now curling.....MAN, I've tried and tried to figure that game out...and it is fairly popular in Canada from what I've seen...BUT, I can't really figure it out worth shit! Just being real! Ha ha ha!

They were NOT. You have to check this out! The song is called "pornographic" and they only mention 2 girls from the industry. I'm the first one and then Amber Rose is the other.
