Regardless of how anyone feels about horses - one of man's OLDEST domesticated animals, by the way - how about we show some respect and compassion for Nikki and keep it on topic, please?

I do hope everything with Nikki gets better. This is like a Daniella Rush incident. Very sad.

I can only say that though I don't know that much about Nikki, this is a most terrible and unfortunate event. I hope she is able to make a full recovery, and lives a long life after this.

My thoughts and feelings are with Nikki and her family. Get better, Nikki. Be strong.

Yesterday, on location shooting, Nikki Nova was involved in a serious accident. She was on a horse and the horse got spooked. Nikki fell off the back of the horse and then the horse fell back on her head. She sustained a number of serious injuries.

She has a fractured skull and has 3 sections of her brain that are bleeding. She is currently in the ICU and is stabilized for now. She is getting CT Scans every 4 hours or so to check her progress so they can determine if and/or when they would have to go in and operate.

Thanks for the info Crissy, glad to hear she is doing a little better. If I wasn't up to my neck in student loans i would donate.
