Exactly. People tune in/buy tickets to see the game, not the company who runs it. Besides, it's not like they have a rival company where we could watch their games. Sure, there's the AHL, but that's the ***** league.
I can't help but think of what this says to young people. Our government won't work together to any compromises, the NBA had a bitch of a time coming to some kind of deal last spring, There are "elite" athletes in every sport who throw fits and refuse to play if they aren't paid new jets and their own private islands to play (to play the game they say they love, btw), (Chicago) school districts and teachers can't reach a compromise so they're on day 6 of no school right now, no one wants to listen to reason. Heads up asses. Everyone thinks they're special.
