He was a good man and a great coach. I think it's really sad that he wasn't inducted into the Hockey Hall of fame before he died. Rest in peace Pat.

the classy thing to do would have been to induct him . they knew he wasn't likely to make it another year.

it's a shame he won't get to see himself be inducted into the HOF

R.I.P. too Mr. Pat Burns ... I send my condolences to his ******, friends and the whole NHL community, he was a great man and a great coach, its a travesty that he wasn't inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame before he ****** away. God Bless Mr. Pat Burns you'll always be remembered and admired..:angels:

RIP Coach.

I'm about to drive by the X. I should've grabbed my Gabby jersey and went down today to get an auto. Oh well. I'd like to go to the game tonight in my Gabby jersey just to **** off the know-it-all fuckers who thought he was a bit of a hothead. He's still probably my favorite player to watch in the league.

He was a hothead in Minni? That surprises me, I haven't seen that side of him in NY.

That's what some people on the more local level were saying (at least from what I remember/understand). I never knew him to be a prick. He always signed autos for me when I saw him, even when he was double parked and late for a team meeting one time outside the MN Club :1orglaugh. I think it was just more bitterness from the fans that he kept getting injured his last couple years here.

I think the guy you met is the real Gaborik. It's too bad about the injuries, reminds me of Bure.
